Licensed Therapist (MFT, LCSW, CPC)

Sierra Sage Treatment Center provides residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Our youth often come to us with complex histories involving trauma, abuse, neglect, substance use, mental health  and behavioral challenges. Through individualized treatment, accredited education and a normalized high school experience, we help them build the skills and confidence for healthier futures.

We're looking for a Licensed Therapist (MFT, LCSW, or CPC) to join our team of compassionate clinicians and youth advocates.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy.

Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide counseling, case management, and treatment coordination.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical, educational, and residential team.

Build expertise in differential assessment, treatment readiness, stages of change, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based approaches.

Evaluate progress toward treatment goals and maintain timely clinical documentation.

Current professional licensure as required in the State of Nevada.

Empathetic, patient, collaborative, and committed to helping young people succeed.

At least one year of experience working with youth or adolescent females.

Commitment to maintaining required CEUs and licensure.

Current driver's license and acceptable three-year driving record.

Ability to complete required background check, drug screen, and TB test.
