✨Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Maintenance Worker at the Miami Youth Academy in Miami, FL✨

Miami Youth Academy is a moderate-risk residential commitment program for male youth aged 14 to 18. This program provides youth with comprehensive care, treatment, supervision, and evidence-based substance abuse services. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while in the program. We welcome ALL who are passionate about making a difference! So, come as you are and grow with us!

What We Offer

✓Eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (at 60 days for Hourly employees and 90 days for Salaried)
