• →Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven physical therapy 
• →Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
• →Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.

• Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
• Physical Therapist license eligible to practice in the state of Indiana
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
• Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
