RLDatix is on a mission to transform care delivery worldwide, ensuring every patient receives the safest, highest-quality care. Through our innovative Healthcare Operations Platform, we're connecting data to unlock trusted insights that enable improved decision-making and help deliver safer healthcare for all.

RLDatix (RLD) is on a mission to help raise the standard of care…everywhere. Trusted by over 10,000 healthcare organisations around the world, our solutions help improve health and care. Our applications ensure that patients receive the best and safest care while supporting the providers who deliver it.Joining TeamRLD means being part of a global effort of over 2,000 team members in making a difference in healthcare…every day.

We're searching for a remote based Product Manager to join our Product team, so that we can shape the future of our RLD Optima workforce management products, the software hospitals rely on to turn complex staffing constraints into safe, fair, compliant rosters. Optima supports multi-discipline scheduling across doctors, nurses, AHPs and wider care teams, helping leaders put the right skills in the right place while protecting staff wellbeing and patient safety, for example through rule-based compliance such as the Working Time Directive.

By reducing time-draining admin and giving teams clearer, real-time visibility of staffing, the Product Manager will help clinicians spend less time on spreadsheets and more time delivering care, so patients experience safer, higher-quality outcomes. A key focus will be developing Optima to best serve the German healthcare market: partnering with German customers and prospects to uncover priority workflows and pain points, translating insights into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and measurable outcomes, and driving a discovery-to-delivery loop through prototypes, pilots, and iterative releases.

You'll join a team of product experts and report directly to the Senior Product Manager. Working in close collaboration with those from engineering, design, and data, you will navigate a complex market that requires a strong level of professional stakeholder management and emotional intelligence. This role is remote from Germany with approximately 5% travel to our offices near Dusseldorf and Munich, plus occasional team sessions in London and Skopje.

  • Identifying opportunities to align product initiatives with overarching business objectives, producing well-defined solutions that bridge technical feasibility and market needs.
  • Facilitating effective communication across engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure unified product direction, articulating technical concepts and adapting solutions to cross-team requirements.
  • Gathering and analysing multiple data points, maintaining data integrity and rigour to support confident, evidence-based product decisions.
  • Conducting structured market and user research to identify and validate new product opportunities that align with strategic priorities.
  • Identifying critical dependencies, evaluating competing initiatives, and navigating ambiguity to realign stakeholders and resources around the highest-value product opportunities.
  • Applying commercial evaluation techniques to assess product initiatives, balancing revenue potential, market positioning, and development costs to support investment decisions.
  • Evaluating and refining existing product management processes to address operational gaps, ensuring effectiveness and scalability, and contributing to team learning by sharing insights and best practices.
  • Using AI-assisted rapid prototyping to validate ideas quickly, applying AI tools with appropriate governance, and building and prioritising a backlog of AI-platform use cases tied to user problems and measurable outcomes.
  • 3 to 6 years of product management experience, including products and features shipped end-to-end to enterprise customers, operating as an individual contributor with no direct people management.
  • Experience in a modern, cross-functional product organisation, partnering closely with engineering, design, and data, and able to operate independently as the product champion while managing multiple initiatives with limited day-to-day guidance.
  • Fluency in German and English, and comfort working with engineers on APIs, integrations, data flows, and non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and reliability (no coding required).
  • The ability to define instrumentation and success metrics and use data (funnels, cohorts, A/B tests) to inform prioritisation, with awareness of privacy, access control, auditability, and data handling expectations in healthcare SaaS.
  • Experience in a scale-up or high-growth technology environment building for enterprise SaaS, and experience in regulated domains (healthcare preferred; also fintech, legal tech, or HR tech). An undergraduate degree is required, and curiosity about applying AI responsibly to solve user problems is preferred.
