As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for growing and supporting Victron Energy’s presence across Australia and the Pacific region. You combine commercial insight with technical expertise to help customers design and implement reliable power solutions. Your work focuses on both maintaining existing relationships and building new partnerships.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and expanding relationships with distributors, installers, and OEM partners

  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing the market further

  • Advising customers on system design, including off-grid, marine, and vehicle applications

  • Providing technical support and guidance throughout the sales process

  • Delivering product training and workshops to partners and customers

  • Acting as a trusted advisor for Victron Energy solutions, including system integration and BMS setups

You will work independently in Australia while being part of the broader Australia-New Zealand-Pacific team, which includes sales managers, a trainer, a technical engineer, and regional partners.


This role offers a high level of autonomy and impact. You will be the key technical and commercial contact in Australia, with the freedom to shape your market approach. The combination of sales, engineering, and training makes the role dynamic and varied.

You will work in a fully remote setup while collaborating with an experienced international team. The position also offers strong earning potential, including a base salary (AUD 9000 - AUD 10000/month) and a performance-based bonus.
