Join a dedicated local port and container operation hauling 40-foot containers between the Port of Wilmington, the local yard, and a distribution center. Enjoy home daily, no-touch freight, consistent morning starts, and strong weekly earning potential.

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,650–$1,800
• $26/hour with annual pay increases
• $1,500 guaranteed weekly pay during the first 30 days
• $500 New Hire Transition Bonus paid in full on the second paycheck
• $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred
• $250 per day for two-day paid orientation

• Haul 40-foot containers, primarily carrying banana freight
• Shuttle loads between the Port of Wilmington, local yard, and distribution center
• Operate primarily within a 15-mile radius of the port
• No-touch freight
• Consistent dedicated local routes
• Port and container experience is not required; account support and instruction are provided

• Home daily
• Typical start times between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM
• Consistent local daytime work

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• Valid TWIC card
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Previous container or tanker experience
• Must meet all DOT qualification requirements
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test
• Satisfactory driving, safety, and employment history
• Ability to safely operate a tractor-trailer in port, yard, and local delivery environments
