Job Description:

Responsibilities

→Develop in-depth knowledge of PMMA properties
→Participate in research and development initiatives focused on PMMA products including polymer synthesis, blending and color development
→Monitor industry developments, identify emerging market needs, and support local product and application development.
→Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to internal staff and external customers on PMMA applications.
→Perform other Technical center related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Master’s degree or above in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
Proven experience in polymer processing, synthesis or blending, color matching, preferably in PMMA, PC or related materials.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 is a strong asset.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into company’s technical solutions aligned with business target.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and regions.
Solid understanding of polymer blending techniques and material testing methods.
Lab/Team management experience
