What You’ll Do

*Analyze, document, and optimize business processes across Core Banking modules such as Treasury, Loans, and Payment Systems.

*Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.

*Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.

*Support integration, UAT, and production rollout phases of banking projects.

*Conduct gap analysis, define improvement opportunities, and support change management activities.

What We’re Looking For

*Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or fintech sector.

*Hands-on experience with core banking domains such as:

Treasury / Treasury Operations, Loans, Credit Management, Payment Systems (Domestic & International) etc.

*Strong understanding of banking workflows, regulatory requirements, and transaction structures.

*Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
