Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process
- Understand customer needs and match them with the appropriate vehicle
- Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence
- Build value and assist customers in making informed decisions
- Follow up with customers to cultivate long-term relationships
- Collaborate with management to structure and close deals
Stay updated on Kia products, technology, and market trends.
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with people are essential. A competitive mindset and a strong drive to succeed are also crucial. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are important traits. Being coachable and willing to follow a proven process is beneficial. Professional appearance and behavior are also important. While sales experience is a plus, it’s not mandatory. If you don’t have any experience, we’ll train you.
