• →Working with other experienced developers on the team, enhance existing business-critical applications across the business, including:
• →Feed Processing Systems
• →Trade Processing Systems
• →Graphical User Interfaces
• →Workflow Management
• →Finance and Risk Reporting Systems
• →Work within the Business Engineering team to design, develop, and deploy new applications and system integrations using Python, ReactJS, and related technologies in a hybrid cloud environment (AWS/Azure)
• →Work with externally facing services and key origination and servicing platform integrations
• →Collaborate across teams: engage Operations, Pricing, Trading & Finance teams to understand requirements and deliver new features

Required:

• 5+ years' application development experience, ideally within the investment banking or insurance industries
• Python programming experience
• Ability to work with multiple programming languages and technologies
• Familiarity with SDLC, infrastructure-as-code, and development best practices
• A team player with excellent communication skills
• Cloud native system development experience (e.g. AWS)

Desirable:

• • Server-side web development experience (incl. web frameworks)
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL database technologies
  • Experience with React / JavaScript UI development
  • Linux experience
