Enrollement Executive

The Royal Institute encompasses five schools under the umbrella of "Royal Institute International School" alongside a higher education division known as Royal Institute of Colombo (RIC). Additionally, it includes an online teaching platform named the Royal Institute Smart Academy (RISA), a skills development unit called the Royal Institute Center of Skills (RICS), and a sports complex. With a rich history spanning over 50 years, the Royal Institute is celebrated as a pioneer in the education sector, consistently delivering top-notch education to students. We are currently seeking Enrollment Executives to support student admissions at our main branch in Havelock Town as well as at the Royal Institute of Colombo (RIC) located in Kohuwala. We are seeking a dynamic & Results-driven Enrollment executives . The Successful candidate will be responsible for achieving enrollement targets , managing leads effiecently and generating accurate reports . This is a key role that requires execellent Communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our enrollement process. Enrollement Engagement Goals achieve or exceed enrollment goals. Handle Incoming leads from various channels (Hotline, Social media , Google , Whatsaap) and assign them to counselors on a rational basis. Enrolled in handling our hot line. Maintain accurate database of leads, Walk in customers and other enrollment data. Send bulk SMS and Whatsapp messages daily to target audiences. Reporting & Analysis Ensure data accuracy for timely report generating. Content Planning Develop and schedule content for SMS and Whatsapp campaigns. Events Ensure the required number of participants attend allocated events. Provide event support, including set up and organization as needed Qualifications Ideal age range 22 to 32 years. A degree or HND in Marketing. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Profiency in written and spoken english .
