Currently, we are seeking a dynamic and organized individual with experience to join our team as the Visiting Lecturer - Psychology Programme at Royal Institute Campus (Pvt) Ltd. Qualification: Demonstrate unwavering commitment to teaching and consistently strive for excellence in instructional methods. Minimise lecture cancellations and rescheduling, ensuring regular and dependable course delivery. Develop and submit comprehensive module plans within the first month of the academic year adhering to the latest guidelines and revising them annually. Prepare thorough course materials that align with the module plan, ensuring curriculum coverage and adherence to syllabus guidelines. Maintain continuous assessment methods, align with faculty requirements, and provide timely, constructive feedback to students. Engage in mentoring and provide academic support to students as needed, ensuring their academic success and development. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with students, colleagues, and staff members. Be punctual and deliver lectures and assessments within specified timeframes. Adhere to all institutional policies and guidelines set by the Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) and Senior Management of RIC. Uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and promote ethical behaviour among students. Seek opportunities for professional development, including attending workshops, conferences, and further education. Engage in research activities to foster intellectual growth and contribute to the academic community Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a First Class or Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university. A Master’s degree would be an advantageous. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant industry and/or academic work experience is advantageous. Excellent command of the English language and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
