Ruggable is building an evergreen creative dream team that makes entertaining & compelling work across paid advertising, organic social, email, and the website. We’re looking for a Growth Creative Lead with strong art direction and design roots who can turn customer insights into ideas and stories people want to watch, share, and act on.
You’re a maker yourself, or you’ve spent enough time working alongside makers to know how great content gets made. You’re connected to the creative community in Los Angeles, enthusiastic about interior design, and fluent in how storytelling changes across short and long-form channels.
You’ll partner closely with Creative Strategy, Brand & Marketing leadership to turn insights into repeatable content engines, understand the metrics behind creative performance, and find new ways to scale products and ideas that are gaining traction. You’ll help lead the visual development of evergreen campaigns and content series from concept through production and channel-specific execution. This is a hands-on role: you should be comfortable making work yourself, directing others, and giving clear feedback to creators, designers, editors, and production partners. TLDR: You should be as interested in why a six second hook works as you are in what makes a room worth looking at.
