DC Splitter/Picker - Sioux Falls, SD

Runnings is looking for a motivated, dependable team member to join our Distribution Center as a Splitter/Picker. This role is critical to keeping our stores stocked and ready by preparing and moving product efficiently and accurately.

$18–$20/hour (based on experience)

• →Scan merchandise into inventory using RF scanning equipment
• →Pick and prepare orders for shipment to retail locations
• →Break down incoming shipments into smaller store-ready quantities
• →Verify quantities against packing slips and report discrepancies
• →Load and organize merchandise onto pallets; shrink wrap as needed
• →Put away product into designated bin locations
• →Rotate inventory using FIFO (first in, first out) practices
• →Manage bin inventory and report inconsistencies
• →Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order-picking equipment (as necessary)
• →Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus

• Distribution Center setting
• Exposure to both warm and cold conditions

• RF scanners and warehouse computer systems
• Forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers
