The Server plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a restaurant known for its culinary excellence and unparallelled service. Integral to the success of the server team and guest experience are exceptional service, attention to detail, and effective communication.  

Qualifications and Skills 

As a Server in a restaurant at the peak of dining excellence in the region, a background in fine dining is essential. You deliver unparalleled service at a level befitting a 5-star establishment. Encouraging a slow food, conversational atmosphere for every table is essential, while also proactively anticipating and surpassing every guest's expectation. Your smile, attention to detail, and commitment to customer-centric service set the tone for every guest on a dining journey in our intimately scaled restaurant. Collaboration and teamwork are vital.  

Core Responsibilities 

• The primary goal is to provide seamless and unobtrusive service. 
• Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality industry preferred 
• 3+ Years in fine dining or upscale restaurant 
• Excellent knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
• Take precise orders and liaise effectively with guests for a seamless dining experience. 
• Cultivate strong camaraderie with kitchen colleagues to enhance service flow. 
• Execute efficient and personable table service, ensuring guests feel warmly welcomed. 
• Maintain a safe and clean environment across workspaces and venues for team members. 
• Perform routine upkeep and sanitation of equipment for optimal functionality. 
• Guarantee prompt delivery of orders to satisfy guest expectations. 
• Skillfully set, refresh, and clear tables to uphold dining standards. 
• Collaborate closely with team leaders to optimize service efficiency. 
• Supervise workstation cleanliness and equipment upkeep diligently. 
• Ensure operational systems uphold venue excellence and safety standards. 

Requirements 

• Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality industry preferred 
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain composure under pressure 
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings 
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays 
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
