We’re a close-knit, warm family looking for a thoughtful and dependable House Manager & Family Assistant to help make everyday life feel a little easier and more organized. One parent works full time, while the other is actively involved in caring for our four-year-old daughter. We value a welcoming home and a family life that feels connected, comfortable, and well cared for.
We’re excited to find someone who can become a trusted part of our household routine and help us make the most of our space and time together. From tackling long-overdue organizational projects to anticipating everyday needs and finding thoughtful ways to bring more ease to our routines, we’re looking for someone who takes initiative and enjoys making a meaningful difference. We welcome fresh ideas and creative solutions, and appreciate someone who feels comfortable sharing their perspective while also collaborating with us and being receptive to feedback.
You’re warm, resourceful, and naturally organized. You enjoy taking initiative, noticing what could work better, and finding practical ways to make a home feel more functional and inviting. You’re comfortable working independently, following through on projects, and bringing ideas to the table, whether it’s creating a better toy rotation system, streamlining the pantry, or finding a simple solution that makes everyday life easier for the family. You’re proactive and reassuring, someone who can step in with confidence, take things off the family’s plate, and offer a supportive “I’ve got this” attitude that helps the parents feel comfortable letting go and trusting you to take the lead.
You genuinely enjoy spending time with young children and can comfortably move between playing on the floor with a curious four-year-old and diving into an organizational project with focus and care. You’re personable, approachable, and enjoy building a trusting relationship with a family. You’re also adaptable and able to balance different priorities with a calm, positive attitude when plans change.
Above all, you take pride in your work and find real satisfaction in creating order, anticipating needs, and helping a household run smoothly. You understand that the little things can make a big difference, and you bring thoughtfulness, flexibility, and a genuine desire to help to everything you do.
