At Clari + Salesloft, our Senior Product Manager will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing product organization, serving as a senior product lead for key focus areas within Data, Analytics, and Reporting within our Predictive Revenue Platform. You will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution that directly impacts how enterprise revenue teams operate.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for defining and delivering product experiences that help revenue teams make smarter, faster decisions. Specifically, you will:
- Drive the strategy and execution for key focus areas within our Data and Analytics portfolio, ensuring these capabilities integrate seamlessly with the broader Salesloft platform.
- Lead critical data product integration and embedded reporting initiatives, ensuring a unified, consistent, and scalable experience as customers adopt our next-generation business intelligence and predictive capabilities.
- Champion our analytics capabilities and enterprise data models as critical components of our Predictive Revenue System, managing data pipelines and ensuring they seamlessly extend our core platform strategy.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-impact, scalable data products on time.
- Own and prioritize your product backlog, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Conduct deep customer discovery and translate insights into clear, well-scoped requirements, data schemas, and user stories.
- Define meaningful success metrics, build dashboards, and rigorously track product performance post-launch to drive continuous improvement and test hypotheses.
- Maintain awareness of platform-level data governance, privacy, and compliance considerations, collaborating with AI and data-focused teams to ensure scalable, consistent feature development.

- In your first 30 days: You will immerse yourself in the Clari + Salesloft platform, gaining a deep understanding of our analytics architecture, enterprise data models, and the overarching platform strategy. You’ll build relationships with your engineering, data science, and cross-functional partners, and begin taking part in agile ceremonies.
- In your first 90 days: You will fully own the backlog for your Data and Analytics focus areas. You will have a firm grasp on customer pain points, be actively participating in customer discovery, and successfully guide the delivery of your first set of embedded reporting features, metric definitions, or data enhancements.
- In your first 180 days: You will be driving the strategic roadmap for your product areas. You will have successfully shipped high-impact features that bridge core platform capabilities with our advanced analytics and data pipelines, and you will be utilizing launch metrics to iteratively define what we build next.

Our Clari + Salesloft Product team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming product managers, designers, and researchers who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Product team consists of collaborative, intellectually curious builders who are deeply committed to understanding our customers and shipping products that move the needle. PMs on our team share a few common traits: they are strategic yet execution-focused, comfortable with data, and energized by working at the intersection of AI, sales, and enterprise technology.
- 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on data products, analytics platforms, or B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning a data product roadmap or major feature areas end-to-end and shipping impactful features.
- Deep data fluency, including data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design in an agile environment.
- Comfort with data — you have deep experience not just tracking metrics, but defining them, and you use metrics to prioritize, measure success, and make decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence without authority.
- Collaborative mindset — you celebrate team wins and share credit generously.
- Experience managing products with ML/AI components — you understand enough to have productive conversations with data scientists and engineers.
Nice to Have
~2 min read- Familiarity with using AI tools to uplevel your strategic thinking, speed of execution, prototyping, and research — you actively experiment with new tools to work smarter.
- Experience with CRM, sales engagement, or conversational intelligence / revenue intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Gong, Outreach).
- Background in or strong familiarity with revenue operations, forecasting, or sales analytics.
- Experience building or managing data products, embedded reporting, or modern BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) in a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with enterprise data models and access hierarchies and how they impact analytics and dashboarding.
