About the Role

As a Junior Enterprise Architect on Salsify’s EMEA pre-sales team, you’ll help shape the technical vision for how our enterprise customers integrate and scale Salsify across their global commerce ecosystems. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, Value Advisors, and Senior Enterprise Architects to support complex, multi-system solution designs that demonstrate how Salsify fits into a customer’s existing data and technology landscape. This is an ideal opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys problem solving, systems thinking, and supporting strategic engagements across large global organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior Enterprise Architects to map out customer architectures and integration patterns for Salsify implementations.
  • Participate in (and gradually lead portions of) discovery sessions to understand customers’ data flows, integration needs, and business objectives.
  • Create clear, customer-ready architecture diagrams, briefs, and reusable reference frameworks during active sales cycles
  • Build and demonstrate lightweight proofs-of-concept (data imports, syndication channels, basic integrations) to validate proposed solutions
  • Partner with internal technical teams (Product, Engineering, Implementation) to ensure proposed solutions align with platform capabilities and best practices.
  • Help address technical objectives and position Salsify’s architecture against competing PIM/PXM platforms
  • Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and provide architectural input on proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salsify’s API framework and integration tools.
  • Work effectively across time zones and within the EMEA go-to-market organization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS, technical pre-sales, or solution architecture roles.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and data integration principles (REST, JSON, event-driven architecture, etc.).
  • Exposure to enterprise content and commerce ecosystems (ERP, DAM, PIM, syndication).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills — fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear, customer-oriented solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Additional European languages (French, German, or Spanish) are a plus.
  • Experience in commerce technology, PIM/DAM platforms, or related SaaS ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS and middleware (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Workato).
  • Understanding of data modeling and syndication workflows in global retail/e-commerce contexts.

Career Path
This role offers a structured growth path toward a Senior Enterprise Architect or Technical Solution Consultant position within the pre-sales organization, offering mentorship, ongoing training, and exposure to some of Europe’s leading brands digitizing their commerce experiences.

The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options. All full-time employees are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan, which includes health & medical benefits, PTO, and more. Offers to join Salsify are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate’s work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data.
National Pay Range
€49.300€58.000 EUR
