Drivers are based in Phoenix, AZ and start their routes from the Phoenix operation.

• Average Annual Pay: $65,000
• Approximately $1,250/week average
• $0.63 CPM for 0–50.9 miles
• $0.57 CPM for 51–100.9 miles
• $0.50 CPM for 101+ miles
• $21 per stop
• $13.50 per drop & hook
• $20.475 detention after 1 hour
• $5.25 fueling pay
• $5.25 pre- and post-trip pay
• Paid weekly

• Dedicated local dry van operation
• Routes throughout metro Phoenix and Tucson
• Multi-stop deliveries
• Pull product to the end of the trailer or use liftgate
• Drivers use a pallet jack for deliveries
• Activity-based pay

• Home daily
• Monday-Friday
• 9:00 AM start
• Start time may change based on customer demand
• Drivers must remain flexible as operations grow

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
• Must be at least 22 years old
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, subject to restrictions
• No more than 1 DOT-recordable preventable accident in the past 3 years
• Must meet FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently for DOT-related duties
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
