In this role, you will be responsible for translating creative concepts into high-impact visual content that stops the scroll. You will also pioneer the integration of Generative AI tools into our workflow to enhance creativity, speed up production, and explore new visual frontiers.

• Lead the visual direction for social media campaigns, ensuring all assets are innovative, platform-native, and aligned with brand identity.

• Use Generative AI tools to generate high-fidelity mockups and produce unique visual assets for social content.

• Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to develop "big ideas" that work across organic and paid social ecosystems.

• Direct photo shoots, video production, and motion graphics sessions, while identifying opportunities where AI can augment or streamline traditional production.

• Stay ahead of social media trends, viral formats, platform updates, and AI technologies to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.

• Guide junior designers in both traditional design principles and the ethical/effective use of AI tools in their daily creative process.
