Community Manager Intern

The Community Manager Intern will support the growth, engagement, and health of the brand’s online community by identifying new users, nurturing relationships with micro and nano influencers, and driving meaningful conversations across digital platforms. The role focuses on strengthening brand affinity through social listening, trend awareness, and real-time community engagement aligned with business objectives.

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.

• Strong interest in social media, digital communities, and influencer marketing.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social channels.

• Understanding of social listening and community management tools.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to identify trends and translate them into actionable ideas.

• Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, real-time digital environments.

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are a plus.
