Sandy Lane, an AAA Five (5) Diamond, Forbes Five Star exclusive resort and member of the Leading Hotels of the World, is seeking to fill the following vacancies in our Food and Beverage Department. 

RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

The Restaurant Supervisor will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and will be required to assist with organizing and directing a team in order to deliver a top-quality product, with a prompt, accurate and personalized service. Ensuring  all Five Diamond, Triple AAA and Leading Hotels Standards are consistently upheld.

HOST/HOSTESS

The Host/Hostess will report to the Restaurant Manager. They will be responsible for greeting the Guest, escorting them to the table and seating them cordially and courteously thereby ensuring a genuine welcome and interest in their dining experience. 

WINE SOMMELIER

The Wine Sommelier will report to the Assistant Director and Director of Food & Beverage and will be responsible for the wine service to guests.

 Experience in the Hotel Industry is required these vacancies. The successful candidates must consistently maintain the highest standard of service and operational efficiency within all areas of responsibility.

They  must be well groomed and enthusiastic and will be required to work flexible hours.

They must also be in excellent physical condition to perform extensive walking, bending and stretching and be

able to handle pressure calmly and professionally in a busy environment.
