Experienced developer, comfortable collaborating with a team of 3 to 4 other back end developers.
Strong communication skills – This developer will be working closely with business users to review and refine requirements.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Back End Developer to enhance and modernize a mature backend architecture that support custom websites and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing websites, custom API Endpoints and microservices using .NET Core and C#.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of web development experience using C# and .NET Core.
Proven experience developing, deploying and optimizing enhancements to a large, mature codebase.
Hands-on experience building efficient database access and data persistence using MS SQL Server.
Proven ability building enterprise grade integrations with external APIs and platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Experience implementing backend systems optimized for mobile and web user experiences.
Experience implementing secure interfaces using OAuth 2.0 and OICD protocols.
Ability to collaborate across product, UX, QA, and infrastructure teams using Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence.
Experience working in a fast-paced Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment following Scrum best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using the DataDog Logging Platform for monitoring and observability.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and BigQuery.
 

Advanced English:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
