Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions, policies, and processes
- →Lead full-cycle recruiting for open positions in the US - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers
- →Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (preboarding, onboarding, employee records, offboarding/exits)
- →Support performance management cycles (OKRs/KPIs, quarterly reviews, PIP documentation), ensuring processes run smoothly and on schedule
- →Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal documentation
- →Administer benefits, leave, and compliance-related processes, ensuring accuracy and timely handling
- →Support employee relations matters - addressing workplace concerns, escalating when needed, and maintaining documentation
- →Assist with organizational initiatives such as team restructuring, internal mobility, and engagement programs
- →Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports (headcount, turnover, HR metrics) for leadership
- →Optimize and streamline HR processes and workflows (HRIS, ATS, internal tools) to improve efficiency
- →Help foster company culture through engagement, recognition, and internal communication initiatives
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or similar HR operations role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, ideally hiring for US-based positions
- Solid understanding of HR processes: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration
- Comfortable working with HR systems and maintaining data accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
- English level: Advanced (C1) - required for daily cross-functional and international communication
- Knowledge of Ukrainian is a big plus
