This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, newly created role, where you will help shape and build maintenance excellence on site. You will play a key role in driving TPM implementation, improving equipment reliability, and supporting major transformation projects, including the transfer and optimization of production lines from other countries.
Working in a collaborative, international environment, you will partner with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders while gaining hands-on experience with advanced technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives. JOB DUTIES:
- Provide support for and carry out maintenance activities on production equipment
- Contribute to the planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Diagnose faults promptly and implement effective corrective actions, including root cause analysis (PDCA)
- Drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes using TPM, Lean and Kaizen methodologies
- Play an active role in the optimization and development of the TPM system
- Liaise closely with production, engineering teams and external service providers
- Identify spare parts requirements and support effective spare parts management
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, as well as machinery improvement projects
- Develop maintenance strategies, procedures and best practices
- Ensure and enhance equipment availability through preventive planning, downtime analysis and corrective actions
- Monitor, analyze and report maintenance KPIs (e.g. MTBF, MTTR)
- Support initiatives to optimize energy and material usage
- Lead or support maintenance-related projects (e.g. equipment refurbishment)
- Create and maintain up-to-date technical drawings (CAD)
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics)
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or CREO or Solid Edge)
- Fluent Hungarian with Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and organizational skills
WE VALUE:
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of automation systems (e.g. robotics, PLCs, pneumatics)
- Experience in robot programming or robot maintenance
- Familiarity with Lean and TPM principles
- German language skills
