- Analyse measurement results, test data and diagnostic information to identify trends, recurring failures and opportunities for process improvement
- Lead and contribute to productivity and continuous improvement projects, collaborating closely with Production, R&D, Maintenance, Quality, Process Engineering, HSE, SIOP and Sourcing
- Manage the commissioning, qualification and validation of new test equipment, including preparation of technical documentation and Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R) studies
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, helping establish effective testing and measurement processes for products transitioning into manufacturing
- Provide technical expertise to help resolve production and product-quality issues related to testing, measurement and electronic manufacturing processes
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring test processes, equipment and associated documentation meet applicable quality and operational requirements
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Knowledge of electronics and printed circuit boards (PCBs), with experience of electronic manufacturing processes such as Surface Mount Technology (SMT) or Through-Hole Technology (THT)
- Experience of testing and inspection processes such as including Integrated Circuit Testing (ICT), Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
