Collaborate with Data and AI teams to enable AI-powered capabilities within backend services.

Build backend infrastructure that supports AI-driven features such as personalization, recommendation engines, fraud detection, and intelligent automation.

Integrate LLM-based systems, AI APIs, or internal ML models into product workflows where relevant.

Enable secure and scalable data pipelines and feature platforms for machine learning use cases.

10–14 years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering management.

Strong experience designing distributed backend systems at scale.

Expertise in microservices architecture and API design.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.

Strong understanding of databases, system design, and performance optimization.

Proven experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.

Experience working in fintech, payments, lending, or financial platforms.

Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data privacy in financial systems.

Experience in startup or high-growth environments.

Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and modern backend frameworks.
