Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and help keep our operation running smoothly, safely, and efficiently in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment.

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be a key leader on the floor—balancing hands-on technical work with team leadership and coordination.

• →Lead, coach, and support a team of maintenance technicians
• →Plan and oversee preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• →Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively
• →Prioritize daily maintenance needs in partnership with production
• →Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards
• →Support and maintain systems including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
• →Oversee boiler operations, safety checks, and routine maintenance
• →Train team members and help build a strong, reliable maintenance team
• →Maintain accurate records of repairs and preventative maintenance
• →Partner with leadership on process improvements and equipment upgrade

• Previous experience in maintenance within a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• • Electrical systems (including 3-phase power)
  • Refrigeration systems
  • Plumbing and general mechanical systems
  • Welding/fabrication (a plus)
• Ability to troubleshoot and make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 production environment
