Acting SIL Site Manager

Nowra (SIL) is High Physical Support, Supported Independent Living service and home to five long-standing clients living within a large residence surrounded by expansive grounds. 

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you’ll lead our SIL and empower Support Workers to deliver high‑quality support to clients with intellectual and psychosocial disabilities, including complex mental health. You’ll drive efficient processes, champion risk and safety, identify issues early, and take timely action to resolve or escalate so clients can work toward their independent living goals.

Best suited to someone who can maintain stability on‑site and within the team while adapting to change.

• 12-month FTC starting 27 July 2026
• Remuneration is based on a Level 4
• Hourly rate ranges from $45.78 to $49.26 based on experience

• →Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for staff and clients
• →Support NDIS plan development and client independence
• →Manage performance and resolve conflicts effectively
• →Encourage reflective practice to drive continuous improvement

• Qualification - (minimum Cert 4 equivalent) in the Social Services or relevant domain for instance, Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Mental health, and Community Services.
• Knowledge of disability legislation and standards e.g. NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, the National Standards for Disability Services.
• NSW Drivers License
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• NDISWC and WWCC.
