About the Role

~1 min read

The Senior SEO Manager is a key contributor on Scorpion’s Enterprise Optimization Team, responsible for driving measurable organic performance for a portfolio of franchise and multi-location clients. This role operates at the intersection of technical SEO, content strategy, and client communication—translating complex search data into clear, actionable recommendations that align with client business goals.

As AI-driven search continues to reshape how visibility is measured and won, the Senior SEO Manager plays a critical role in staying ahead of industry shifts. This includes advising on AI search presence and brand authority alongside traditional ranking metrics. You will partner closely with Account Managers, the Optimization Team, and cross-functional partners in Content, Social, and Product to deliver cohesive SEO strategies that move the needle for clients.

The ideal candidate brings a deep technical SEO foundation, strong client-facing communication skills, and the strategic instincts to balance short-term wins with long-term organic growth. You are comfortable owning complex accounts, mentoring teammates, and contributing to team-wide initiatives and processes.
