Fury enables human operators to command fleets of robots through natural language, and empowers those machines to sense, decide, and act together as one. About the Role
~1 min readAs a Corporate Development Associate, you will be at the center of Scout’s most critical initiatives, working directly with the executive team and cross functionally with leaders across the company on high-impact projects. Your work will span strategy, finance, partnerships, and execution, helping shape the trajectory of the company. You will:
- Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for the board, investors, partners, and government customers
- Support strategy development alongside the executive team
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of the DoW budget to uncover opportunities for growth
- Support new and existing partnerships, including customer engagement and joint initiatives
- Assist with program management across the lifecycle of customer contracts
- Drive investor relations, including reporting, financial modeling, and fundraising preparation
- Support M&A efforts, including target identification, outreach, due diligence, and execution
- Contribute across the company wherever needed, this is a startup, and you’ll wear many hats
Requirements
~1 min read- 2 to 6 years of experience at a top consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity firm, with a history of outstanding performance
- Undergraduate degree from a highly regarded university
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, coupled with the skill to communicate clearly and influence senior decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to move seamlessly between quantitative and qualitative work, whether building models, writing strategy memos, or delivering executive-level presentations
- Deep curiosity about defense, AI, and/or autonomy, and motivation to contribute to a mission of consequence
- Highly proactive and action-oriented; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
