Responsibilities

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

→Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned production shops within the manufacturing plant, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
→Serve as in-house senior financial consultant to directors and plant leadership, providing strategic insights to drive financial and headcount target achievement
→Oversee and challenge financial forecasts throughout the year, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies
→Direct and optimize month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate standards
→Champion continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and data quality
→Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across divisions, fostering collaboration and alignment on financial objectives
→Lead in-depth variance analysis on key financial metrics, delivering actionable insights to senior management
→Monitor, interpret, and clearly communicate financial performance against KPIs, highlighting trends and business implications
→Consolidate and present financial results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
→Act as a key representative of the finance organization, driving and implementing finance-related initiatives across the plant
→Ensure integrity, accuracy, and robustness of financial data used in business cases and decision-making processes
→Execute additional strategic and operational responsibilities as assigned by senior management
→Perform other duties assigned by management
