  • Experienced Dispatcher with 1–2 years of dispatch and/or logistics coordination experience.
  • 3PL Experienced, confident managing third‑party carriers and negotiating transportation solutions for rural or remote regions.
  • Strong Communicator with clear verbal and written communication skills and a professional, partner‑focused approach.
  • Highly Proficient in Digital Tools, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dispatch software.
  • Strategic Problem Solver who thinks critically, adapts quickly, and resolves challenges in real time.
  • DetailOriented and Organized, able to prioritize effectively and consistently deliver accurate, high‑quality work.
  • Collaborative Team Player who works well across teams and with external partners to support seamless operations.
  • SustainabilityMinded, with an interest in environmental stewardship (considered an asset).
