Paralegal

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to support attorneys in managing litigated files and resolving legal disputes related to claims. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team.

• →Support attorneys with litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• →Manage case files, conduct legal research, and track case progress
• →Prepare and summarize discovery, including records, depositions, and responses
• →Coordinate witnesses, experts, and trial preparation activities
• →Attend trials and assist attorneys as needed
• →Collaborate with internal partners to execute litigation strategy
• →Communicate with parties, witnesses, and stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle

• Paralegal degree or certification
• Three (3) years of paralegal experience, including first-party property experience
• OR an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and experience
