Most Atlassian consultants spend their careers solving the same problems for the same kinds of customers. This role is different.
ServiceRocket is expanding into complex, regulated industries - including energy, utilities, and critical infrastructure. These customers don't just need someone who knows Jira. They need someone who can walk into a room with both an OT cybersecurity lead and a VP of IT, earn the trust of both, and design a solution that works within constraints that most consultants have never encountered: air-gapped networks, IEC 62443 compliance, OT/IT separation mandates, and asset management systems built for industrial control environments.
If you have that background, or the foundation to build it fast, this is a rare chance to do work that matters and to help ServiceRocket build the intellectual property and reference architecture that defines how the industry approaches these problems.
As a Solutions Architect, you are the strategic anchor for your customers. You build the roadmaps, shape the architecture, and maintain the trusted advisor relationship that keeps ServiceRocket embedded in how a customer thinks about their future. You are the person who defines what gets delivered and why.
You bring deep expertise in at least one of ServiceRocket's core practice areas, with the range to hold strategic conversations across all of them. You know the Atlassian platform well enough to see what's possible before a customer knows to ask for it.
