Comfort Advisor

We have an immediate need for an enthusiastic, self-motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor. HVAC Sales positions require a strong ability to communicate efficiently with our clients, meet sales goals, and provide customers with appropriate products.

• →Use a consultative sales approach to present options to new and existing customers
• →Present customer purchasing options including financing
• →Actively follow-up on all sales leads and customer requests
• →Provide a world class customer experience with every interaction
• →Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• →Able to work individually and as part of a team 

• Minimum 3 years sales experience (Required)
• Strong ability to understand basic technical information related to HVAC equipment
• Excellent communications skills
• Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service
• Some college or technical school education preferred
• Must pass drug test and background check

• Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
