Residential Direct Support Professional Awake Overnight

• $19.25/hr
• Full-time position, 7 days on / 7 days off

• Direct care of individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism during the night

• Provide ongoing direct care of intellectual disabilities and/or autism in a residential setting. This includes all aspects of personal care and safety
• Responsible to promote and support meaningful lifestyles of each individual.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria 
• Basic computer skills required
  
• This position requires that you attend orientation Monday-Friday during daytime hours, typically 8am-4:30pm, for 3-5 days per week, up to four weeks, before your regular work schedule would take effect. Orientation may also include some evening and weekend hours.

  • DSP-I, DSP-II, DSP-III:  Earn a $0.50/hour pay increase at each level
  • FLS (Front Line Supervisor) Certification:  Earn a $0.75/hour pay increase
