Responsibilities

→Collaborate closely with the DTC Trading managers and the DTC Finance business partner to support forecasting (units, revenue, ASP) and inventory planning by category.
→Track category sales trends (baseline sales and promotional sales), generate insights and recommend forecast changes that improve forecast attainment accuracy.
→Help input and maintain forecasts within SharkNinja’s planning system (SFO).
→Support the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reviews.
→Maintain and improve sales reporting dashboards and data visualisations.
→Conduct ad hoc analyses, rapidly assessing business situations and determining the data required to inform decision-making.
→Demonstrate curiosity and initiative in developing creative, data-backed solutions.

Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
→0-2 years of experience in category management, sales analysis, demand planning or financial analysis.
→Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (critical requirement).
→Strong experience working with pivot tables, large data sets, and data visualization/chart building.
→Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights.
→Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
→Proven ability to present insights and collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
→Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
