Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers. If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.

SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company, with a diversified portfolio of 5-star rated lifestyle solutions that positively impact people's lives in homes around the world. Powered by two trusted, global brands, Shark and Ninja, the company has a proven track record of bringing disruptive innovation to market, and developing one consumer product after another has allowed SharkNinja to enter multiple product categories, driving significant growth and market share gains. Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than 3,300+ associates, the company's products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world.

We don't just make products. We identify and solve customer problems, some that customers don't even know they have. We tell that story via social, digital, broadcast, print, and retail media across organic, paid, influencer, and earned channels.

We're seeking a Manager, Media Analytics to lead predictive measurement of our media investments across channels—building forward-looking models that anticipate performance, uncover insights, and fuel smarter, faster decisions.

This role will join a growing Global Marketing Analytics Team, transforming data into clear actions that optimize marketing performance and guide media, social, and creative strategies. The ideal candidate will thrive in SharkNinja's fast-moving culture — balancing rigor with pragmatism and using predictive data not only to measure performance but to influence decisions and spark the next opportunity.

This role is based in London, UK and sits within our EMEA Marketing Analytics team, with primary responsibility for the France and Germany (DACH) markets. While primarily supporting France/DACH, the role also provides analytical support to the Benelux (BNLX) region and other emerging European markets as needed.
