Production Specialist

• →Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field or equivalent experience 
• →3-5 years of experience in production coordination, product development, or merchandising.
• →Proficient in Excel, shared drive management, and product tracking tools.
• →Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• →Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• →Ability to work collaboratively throughout the organization
• →Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management
• →Independent, self-motivated, team player
• →Thrives in a fast-paced environment with short timelines and changing priorities
• →Sense of urgency, highly detailed, and experience in meeting deadlines
• →A positive go-getter and team player, who can work independently with the ability to troubleshoot within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

• Bilingual in Mandarin a plus
