About the Role
~1 min readThe Home TBRA Admin Support Coordinator works under Program Manager to assist with day-to-day administration duties to ensure the program is running efficiently and smoothly. This role requires strong attention to details, being organized, and must know how to use Microsoft word, excel, outlook. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
~1 min readRecords Management and Documentation:
- →Assist in collecting required documentation from clients
- →Create the client's physical file
- →Digitize paper files and documents into SH SharePoint
- →Assist in collecting necessary forms and documents from landlords
- →Ensure files are complete, accurate, and accessible to authorized staff
- →Assist with maintaining consistent file organization and documentation standards
Financial Assistance Support
- →Coordinate application fees and assist with submitting applications
- →Prepare check request packets for new clients and submit regular rent requests to ensure rental assistance is submitted in timely manner
- →Update and maintain financial tracking spreadsheets to ensure rent requests and payments are accurately recorded
- →Deliver checks
General Program Support
- →Assist in scheduling intake, meetings, housing viewings, and inspections
- →Assist in completing barriers and housing needs assessment
- →Assist with conducting housing search; communicate with landlords, making cold calls and share results with Program Manager
- →Monitor for upcoming recertifications and notify Program Manager when recertification is due
- →Maintain confidentiality of client, financial, housing, and program information.
- →Perform other duties as assigned to support the effective operation of the TBRA program
- Associate’s degree preferred; a high school diploma combined with relevant professional experience may be substituted
- Ability to prioritize competing priorities and make sound judgements
- Ability to advocate, assist in problem-solving, and achieve results for families
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours when needed
Requirements

- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Ability to lift items weighing 10-20 pounds
