Shields Health Solutions is redefining patient care through specialty pharmacy. We’re hiring a Pharmacy Liaison—a pharmacy technician who will work onsite in a hospital clinic or hospital office building to support patients with medication adherence and personalized pharmacy services.

Responsibilities

→Educate patients on pharmacy services and assist with specialty and retail prescriptions.
→Conduct refill reminders, resolve insurance issues, and support financial assistance.
→Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to process improvements.
