Backend Engineer

You’ll have the autonomy to architect cloud-native features, optimize complex systems, and own the entire development lifecycle.

• →Design and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions that handle high-velocity content distribution.
• →From initial requirement gathering to deployment and monitoring, you own your features end-to-end.
• →Participate in deep-dive code reviews and mentor peers, ensuring our codebase stays robust, testable, and clean.
• →Tackle intricate challenges in cloud architecture, database optimization, and messaging systems.
• →We work in an agile, iterative environment where your ideas on improving our stack are not just heard—they’re expected.

• Proficiency in at least one modern backend ecosystem—Node.js/TypeScript, Go, or Python.
• Proven experience building within AWS (or similar providers) and a solid grasp of microservices or serverless patterns.
• A "test-first" mentality and a passion for writing maintainable, high-performance code.
• The ability to navigate complex architectures and identify where a system can be made more resilient or efficient.

Nice to haves

• Experience building SaaS products at scale.
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) or CMS architectures.
• Legacy-curious: You don't mind diving into PHP when the mission requires it.
