Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) with around 2 years of experience who is eager to learn and implement new ideas in a fast paced environment. This role will focus on driving employee engagement, building strong stakeholder relationships, and leveraging HR data to enable better decision-making while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Drive regular pulse connects to understand employee sentiment and improve engagement
- Perform data analysis on key HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and insights
- Plan and execute Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives
- Facilitate leadership connects and stakeholder interactions
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR operations
- Continuously learn and implement new HR practices and initiatives
- Perform data analysis on key HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and insights

2.5+ years of experience in an HRBP/HR Generalist role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle
- Experience in HR data analysis and reporting
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for action
- Ability to learn quickly and implement ideas effectively
