Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Dispatch and coordinate service technicians
- →Manage daily schedules and adjust priorities as needed
- →Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day
- →Order and coordinate parts
- →Help keep service calls running efficiently
- →Handle scheduling changes and unexpected issues
- →Provide professional, friendly customer service
- →Keep information accurate and organized in ServiceTitan
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Previous service dispatching experience
- Experience with parts ordering and coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- General knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and service operations
- Professional phone communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Onsite position
