• →Assist plumbers with service, repair, and installation projects
• →Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• →Measure, cut, and prepare piping materials
• →Assist with water heaters, fixtures, drains, sewer, and plumbing system installations
• →Maintain clean and organized job sites and company vehicles
• →Follow technician direction and company procedures
• →Take job photos and document work as needed
• →Safely operate tools and equipment
• →Deliver a great experience for our customers

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Desire to build a long-term career in the plumbing trade
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds
• Ability to work in crawl spaces, basements, trenches, and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Clear background check

• 1+ year of plumbing, construction, or trade experience
• Plumbing apprentice registration
• Drain cleaning experience
• Sewer or underground experience
• Water heater or fixture installation experience
• Basic soldering and pipe joining skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan

• Starting pay of $17 per hour
