UX Researcher

• →Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• →Synthesize research findings into clear insights and recommendations for the design and product teams.
• →Collaborate with designers to validate concepts and prototypes through user feedback.
• →Create and maintain user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks.
• →Present research outcomes to stakeholders in an engaging and actionable way.
• →Stay current with UX research trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve research practices.

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a related user experience role.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and research methodologies.
• Experience with tools like UserTesting, Dovetail, Maze, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into clear, strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey research findings effectively.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine curiosity about user behavior.
