We’re hiring a Hospice Spiritual Care Counselor / Chaplain – a compassionate and empathetic professional who will provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families during their hospice journey.

You bring deep empathy, strong listening skills, and a commitment to honoring diverse spiritual and cultural needs. You thrive in a mission-driven environment and are passionate about supporting patients and families through compassionate care.

• →Provide spiritual counseling and crisis intervention to hospice patients and families
• →Conduct regular and emergency visits to meet spiritual and emotional needs
• →Build supportive relationships with patients and families to identify and address spiritual concerns
• →Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• →Interpret and respond to patient and family needs with sensitivity and respect
• →Maintain accurate documentation of spiritual care services provided

• Master’s degree in divinity, Theology, or related field required
• Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Comfortable working in environments with pets
