Responsibilities

- →Define and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
- →Ensure deliverables are met on time, within scope, and to quality
- Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Work with BAs and Solution Architects to prioritise backlogs and manage iteration cycles
- Adapt planning approaches to suit client maturity — from full Scrum to hybrid delivery models
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and blockers
- Manage cross-team and cross-vendor dependencies
- Escalate effectively — to the right person, at the right time, with context
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client project leads and sponsors
- Communicate project status, decisions, and risks clearly across technical and non-technical audiences
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and project reviews
- Maintain project documentation: plans, RAID logs, status reports, and change requests
- Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, security standards, and QA processes
- Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
- 5–8 years of project management experience, ideally in a consulting or technology services environment
- Hands-on experience running Agile projects (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery)
- Strong stakeholder management — comfortable dealing with client project leads, sponsors, and technical teams
- Proven ability to manage project financials, scope changes, and resource allocation
- Experience delivering software or digital transformation projects end-to-end
- Project management certification (PMP, CITPM, COMIT, or equivalent)
- Exposure to automation, AI, or low code platform projects (UiPath, ServiceNow, OutSystems, etc.)
- Experience working in ASEAN public sector or enterprise environments
- Background in quality management, audit, or portfolio management
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent
- Experience managing multi-vendor delivery teams
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- You're more comfortable updating status trackers than having difficult conversations with clients
- You need a fully defined brief before you can get started
- You treat Agile as a process to follow, not a mindset to apply
- You've only worked in waterfall environments and aren't willing to adapt
- You prefer working behind the scenes and want to avoid stakeholder-facing responsibilities

You'll work alongside experienced BAs, Solution Architects, and technical leads who hold themselves to high standards. No handholding needed.
You won't be insulated from clients behind layers of account management. You'll own relationships and have real influence.
