Responsibilities

- →Iterate designs based on funnel metrics (CTR, conversion, opt-in, MO, RP).
- →Partner with Growth, PMM and Product to turn insights into winning designs
- →Support cross-org visual needs (campaigns, internal decks, board, funding data visualization)
- →Help maintain visual identity and consistency across product, ads, webflow, emails, and related touchpoints
- Strong visual craft and portfolio quality
- Proven performance marketing design experience (beyond brand-only work)
- 3+ years of experience from product-focused tech company- Must
- Understanding of outcome-based creative testing and iteration
- Ability to execute fast under shifting priorities
- Strong cross-functional collaboration.
- High ownership and execution mindset.
- Visual communication degree
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Experience in subscription apps, edtech, or growth-stage B2C
- Experience and passion in building and designing with AI
- Motion design capabilities
- Comfort with data visualization for business-facing materials
